Pressing section in a ToC before the content has loaded doesn't do anything

Description

Steps to reproduce

(Works best with bad connection)

  1. Click on an article (which you think should be pretty long) from the explore menu
  2. Start swiping out the ToC immediately after pressing (but before content has loaded)
  3. If the ToC appears before the content has loaded, press any section on to ToC (quickly)

Expected results

When the content has finnished loaded, you should be taken to the section you chose.

Actual results

The content loads just as you didn't open the ToC or pressed any section.
