CIVI Gateway Report not showing time field

Description

Did we lose the capability to pick "time" for the gateway reports? I want to take a report for a different timezone than UTC but can't seem to find the place to pick the time. Could we get time field back to the Gateway report ?:)

I've added a patch for this report - as a custom report it stands alone.

However there may also be some other reports you are missing time on? Let me know if you think there are
