ksoftirqd taking up too much resources on tools-worker-1004

Description

I've depooled it from the k8s worker pool, since ksoftirqd & rcu_sched seemed to be acting up on it even without any load on them. I migrated it from labvirt1010 to 1012 but seems to have no effect.

This seems to be the case for almost all jessies on 3.19 kernel - I'm upgrading them all to 4.4 now.

I've upgraded them all and it seems to have sorted the issue for now.
