"Permission details" displays the content of OTRS template instead of license template (f.e. cc-by-2.0)

Since the license templates are already machine readable and there is a steady class "licensetpl", the Media Viewer should be easy to display the content of license templates and not the parameter of the information template.
The license name is displayed separately; license templates are unnecessary information overload and not helpful to the reader. The permission box was never meant to show license templates, but special permissions (but given that the permission field of the Information template has no stable usage pattern, all kinds of stuff show up there). IMO having that box was a mistake and it should be removed (T85161: Do not display the Permission field in MediaViewer).
