Steps to reproduce

Change to an RTL language
Open the feed

Expected results

All feed contents and their subcomponents are correctly aligned

Actual results

Wikidata descriptions are misaligned on feed cards if >1 line.

Note that this only seems to affect feed cards -- list items elsewhere in the app do not exhibit this problem.

Environments observed

App version: current dev master
Android OS versions: 6.0
Device model: Nexus 6P
Device language: Urdu
