According to its documentation, the extension [[mw:Extension:Gadgets]] currently doesn't work in the Cologne Blue skin, because it isn't based on Monobook and is therefore missing the BeforePageDisplay hook. So that that extension (which is used on Wikimedia sites) works in all skins, could this hook be added to other skins so that the extension can use it?
