Using data from historic Team Health Check surveys as well as incoming requests from a diverse set of stakeholders in the WMF, the TPG has decided to focus on providing support to people in design related roles for this goal (T137479). There have been articulations of a variety of different challenges between product teams and those in design roles and vice versa, and those in design roles have articulated additional but related struggles.
