I belive it is

A. we didn't update the its-phabricator plugin.

B. it has changed what it does internally, see https://gerrit.googlesource.com/plugins/its-phabricator/+/master/src/main/resources/Documentation/config-connectivity.md please.

It now needs a token.

I belive we require a conduit token now.

But it seems when we last used this plugin, it was still calling its self its-bugzilla

Changing to unbreak since it deffintly seems broken.

Please do change the status to how ever you feel it should be and sorry If I set it to unbreak when it shoulden be.
