This upgrade of our custom Thumbor plugins contains critical bugfixes, as well as several performance improvements, all worth having before the full-scale deployment of Thumbor.

this is resolved, I've uploaded python-thumbor-wikimedia 0.1.7 yesterday to carbon and applied it to deployment-imagescaler01 and thumbor100[12]
