Apache mod_status metrics only available in ganglia

Description

After https://gerrit.wikimedia.org/r/#/c/166617/ Apache mod_status metrics are only available in Ganglia, meanwhile it would be great to have them in graphite/grafana too. We should investigate if the issue is still there and proceed accordingly.
