It looks like Flow has problems to update templates that are include in the "resume" text box.
On frwiki we use green "it is answered" template to questions in the new user forum.
I have modify this template to explain to the users how to re-open the subject when it was close (history, you can see the actual template and compare with lasts posts).

Sample with this subject (history) :
If i look the history of the template page i see that i delete the text in a first time than fix this by add the text with an other way.
Speculos has add the template at 9am, and i have made the template edit later, at 6pm. So the template was added before the template edit, when he hasn't the text.

But it looks like now the subject has the old template, without text under it. So i suppose that Flow has not call the actual template / update it, keep the old. ?action=purge do nothing, same with CTRL + F5.
