I performed RebuildLanguage on the most recent version of MessagesEn.php, and tried to commit it, but it gave me an "Inconsistant newlines" error and failed to commit. This should be a problem with the message file (not rebuildLanguage.php script) because a similar process worked for MessagesFa.php at the same time.

I guess this bug had something to do with r24313, where a line was added such:
'undelete-error-long' => "Errors were encountered while undeleting the file:\n\n$1\n",
I'm refering to the trailing "\n" in specific.
