When location services are disabled, and the user taps on the my location button in Nearby, we should prompt the user to enable location services or at least inform them location cannot be obtained via snackbar. The current behavior is to show a world view:

hi @Niedzielski – the only snackbar I am able to see is the following, which comes up if I press the 'current location' icon and deny location access to Wikipedia:
Based on the task description, should there be another message that appears as soon as the user (with location disabled) enters the Nearby tab? I'm not seeing this in the latest Alpha build...

Tested on Wikipedia app 2.4.180-alpha-2016-11-10 and Samsung Galaxy Express 3 (Android 6.0.1). There is now an Enable button in the footer area as pictured
so this is fixed.
