We saw lots of Ingenico status 100 'no valid providers' errors in ZAR today. Sal at Ingenico said:
American Express does not offer to process ZAR currency, which is why all these orders were rejected with NO VALID PROVIDERS FOUND FOR COMBINATION MERCHANTID.
Can we modify the form to prevent AmEx donors in ZA from getting this nonworking option?
Interesting--it looks like we already don't offer an amex form in ZA, only visa/mc. This might be a bug in the form chooser?
This seems to be a more widespread problem, I'm getting Amex in the other countries which should have only visa/mc. It says ffname=vm in the URL, so could it somehow be the form itself rather than the chooser?
Also seeing a stray Amex option on cc-vmj forms.
282 ZAR donations have failed from this yesterday and today, and our success rate for ZA campaign is ~78%, versus 90% for the pre-test from last month. I'm not sure of what the tech time/points would be to fix this, but maybe it's worth boosting to Unbreak Now?
