Duties might include:
- maintain a list of all org change processes (who, who's affected, goals, timeline)
- Traffic cop and cross-pollinate between processes
- represent the recipients/targets of org change
- Help org changers stay accountable
- Plan:
- What's my hypothesis about what's going to happen such that this is a good intervention?
- Joel: very similar to doing constant cost/benefit analysis

- How are you measuring this? What are the measurements?

- Is it done?
- What is the most current cost/benefit? AIs it still important to change it?

- Summarize and report efforts and results
