Write up proposed charter for "org change coordination" role

Description

Duties might include:

  • maintain a list of all org change processes (who, who's affected, goals, timeline)
  • Traffic cop and cross-pollinate between processes
  • represent the recipients/targets of org change
  • Help org changers stay accountable
    • Plan:
      • What's my hypothesis about what's going to happen such that this is a good intervention?
      • Joel: very similar to doing constant cost/benefit analysis
    • Progress:
      • How are you measuring this? What are the measurements?
    • Results:
      • Is it done?
      • What is the most current cost/benefit? AIs it still important to change it?
  • Summarize and report efforts and results
