Right now, Piwik sampling sends only a 10% of all actions. So if we ever want to funnel analysis or anything like that, it won't be useful.

Instead lets contribute to the Piwik SDK and add a way to sample based on session.

This was we can set the sample rate to 10%, but it will now only send events for 10% of sessions… so we will still get a sessions wth of data in tact that can be used for funnels and measuring average number of articles per session, etc…
