We currently have four in warranty spares:

codfw WMF6404 WMF6404 2019-03-24 A5 Dell PowerEdge R430 Intel® Xeon® Processor E5-2640 2.60 8 Yes 64 none (2) 1TB
codfw WMF6406 WMF6406 2019-03-24 C5 Dell PowerEdge R430 Intel® Xeon® Processor E5-2640 2.60 8 Yes 64 none (2) 1TB

Those are two of the four, I'd propose we allocate them. They are however, FAR more than required for this specification, coming in at four times the memory and twice the CPU. These spares were purchased in March 2016.

Assigning to @mark for his approval. Once approved, please assign back to me and I'll get them provisioned and setup for handoff to @akosiaris. Alternatively, we can price out new systems rather than allocate these spares, just let me know!

Yes, we can price out new systems, it's not incredibly urgent, especially if strontium is fixed in T142187. And the proposed spares are for more than required indeed. That being said, this is for a quarterly goal. So we should avoid unnecessary delays and move quickly in pricing these.

These systems now have been received and have racking tasks (linked in the dependency chain of tasks.)
