for upcoming user testing, create a mock (format tbd) of a smaller version of a hovercards so that test subjects can identify if they prefer the smaller or the larger version and why. A gif might be better for illustrating the impact of the hover on background text visibility (the main concern with a larger version).

Currently, this is the only blocker for hovercards research.
