I can't access my watchlist on nlwiki. When I go to https://nl.wikipedia.org/wiki/Speciaal:Volglijst I get either a 503 message or a blank page.
This is the extra information provided by the 503 page:

Problem occurs when the maximum number of edits is set to 1000, not when it's set to 100.
Tried with 500, 250 and 200, all give problems too.
Do you mean "Maximum number of changes to show in expanded watchlist" from Special:Preferences?
Do you have a large watchlist on nlwiki?
Yes indeed. That's the option I'm talking about. And yes I have a large Watchlist. But still strange that on Saturday this setting was no problem and suddenly on Sunday the same settings are a problem and I need to decrease the maximum number of edits from 1000 to 100.
The last few days this issue is back. I usually get a blank page, but sometimes it changes to a 503 Service Unavailable.
A few hours later the problem is gone again.
Other pages work just fine, but not my watchlist.

I have this problem too on itwiki. But I've found out that if I untick "Expand watchlist to show all changes, not just the most recent" and/or "Group changes by page in recent changes and watchlist" in the Preferences the page loads correctly.
