To allow templates such as https://meta.wikimedia.org/wiki/Template:Bot to fully work as global templates for global userpages, links to special pages should point to those special pages in the wiki in question and not to Meta. The bot template has direct links for blocking the bot, and despite having them configured with {{fullurl:}}, they still point to Meta.

This is likely undoable due to the way how global userpage works now (=it shows the rendered content of meta page).
