Hi,
Emails are dropping find we have from Greenhouse to Alan. They are not stuck in their spam, and we have allowed these emails to come through for our domain for google. Is it possible one of the other MX servers are dropping these emails?

@bbogaert Can you provide a little bit more info so I can dig up the logs? Sender/recipient addresses and an (approximate) time would be lovely

The emails were sent from no-reply@greenhouse.io to alau@wikimedia.org on 8/8/2016 between 11:30 and 12:20 PST.

I 've looked at the logs. There have been no emails (failed, successful or otherwise) for alau@wikimedia.org from greenhouse in that timeframe (or any other timeframe in the last 10 days). There are however for many other people in the WMF (including in that timeframe). Given that, I am thinking this has nothing to do with either our email infrastructure or greenhouse email infrastructure. Maybe alau@wikimedia.org is not the address Alan has been registered in greenhouse with ?

Thanks double checking this! We double-triple-checked the spelling of his name. I think it might be a greenhouse issue. We'll pass the "potato" back to them.
