Once every three years I remember to update the metawiki Dumps FAQ page which includes things like "How big are the English language Wikpedia content history files, uncompressed?" Etc. It would be nice to have these updated automatically once every so often. A script isn't hard. And then, if we're going to get the data once a month or so, why not email it to the list?

For reference, we can use an email address that is a non-list-member and manually flag emails from it for acceptance to the list. This is what was done for the phabricator community stats emails (e.g. T81784).
The whole thing ought to be easy: script to collect the stats, fill in a template, shovel the results to /bin/mail, done.
