Description

Spike ticket to learn/scope the technical needs to support Today screen widgets on iOS.

Requirements:

support 1 or more widgets in the Today screen
ensure all data requests and user tracking data transit through the app (and not through Apple) and are subject to our privacy and security policies

Nice-to-have:

iOS 9 support
can we support in-widget Piwik events for users opted into data sharing?
