It's probably better to disable the forced converting over to archive templates as demonstrated in the link. The original purpose was to make it easier for IABot in the long run, but when I think about it, it's pushing the scope of approval.

I've disabled the feature that forcefully changes bare link archives to archive templates within references.

That's probably for the best. CitationBot handles that function as it is. I don't think we need IABot to do it as well.

The bot no longer excessively rescues a link but not there's one on that article not being rescued.
