ORES Damaging test is being enabled on a variety of wikis. As a step towards enabling users to identify good-faith edits that need remediation (as per Edit Review Improvements goals), add good-faith data as well.

Currently, on wikis where ORES is enabled, Damaging data is signified by means of coloring the entire edit record red. Since it's our intention to enable users to display both Damaging and Good Faith data simultaneously, adding the new data type will likely require a modification to the the means by which Damaging is signified.
