Do not silently hide templates in source article
Closed, ResolvedPublic

Description

Reported multiple times by translators in various discussions and in https://www.mediawiki.org/wiki/Topic:T5rzqdadf7khhdtl

When a template is block template(resulting a section) and we cannot adapt it, we remove it from the source article and does not show to the translator. Infobox is one example. Removing sections like that may cause losing context in source article.

We need to represent such sections in source article and clearly indicate they are not available for translation.
