This task will track the racking, setup, and eventual deployment of the two new wqds systems in codfw. Systems have been ordered and will be received on parent task T139482. The systems ordered on that task, were due to hardware request T138637. Two different racks/rows were selected to match the layout of eqiad and spread potential system redundancy across racks.

Once they have been received in (includes asset tagging), the following can take place:

wdqs2001

• - rack in c5-codfw (update racktables)
• - setup (and test) bios/idrac/serial settings/hw raid1
• - dns for mgmt entries (for both asset tag and hostname)
• - dns for production entries (private vlan for row c)
• - update task with network port (and ping @RobH or someone else with network stack access to setup port with description, enable, and set vlan)
• - install_server module updates (use ext4 lvm srv no sw raid recipe)
• - install OS (jessie)
• - accept/sign puppet/salt keys
• - hand off for service implementation to @Gehel
