Top header tab "Current Themes (M-Z)" doesn't appear on certain resoultions

Description

The "Current Themes (M-Z)" tab doesn't appear on the top header on certain resolutions, while "Current Themes (A-L)" does. That effectively makes it possible to only access half of the themes list, which is pretty much useless given that the other half is missing. I suggest that both lists should not be present at resolutions that would only allow one list to be visible.
