[Task] Create mw.wikibase.entity:formatStatements for human readable access to statements

Description

Invocation should be identical to [[https://www.mediawiki.org/wiki/Extension:Wikibase_Client/Lua#mw.wikibase.entity:formatPropertyValues|mw.wikibase.entity:formatPropertyValues]], but the output format differs, so that for example external ids are outputted as linked wikitext.
