Description:
Per the discussion given at the above URL, please update the configuration of English Wikiquote so that changes in user talk pages generate emails to the user's registered email address. It's our understanding that the load on the server will not significantly increase, especially given that most of our editors are anons with no registered email. On the other hand, we have quite a few registered editors who participate infrequently and would therefore benefit greatly from such notification.
