Event Timeline

Setting High priority because it is not the first time I am encountering this either myself or reported and it is very annoying.

I guess some search index rebuild might work, not sure if Phab admins or SRE can/should do that. At least tagging it for now so they are poked... They can reject it if not relevant to them...

Observation for the record:
Any combination of two out of those three words result in successfull match of T68699.

Dzahn added a subscriber: Dzahn.

Since it's about Phabricator search i replaced Operations with Release Engineering. Tell me if that's wrong and you need Operations to run something.

Aklapper renamed this task from Search not finding task to Search not finding task (using two search terms being in the description, and one term being in a comment).Aug 18 2016, 11:55 AM
Aklapper lowered the priority of this task from High to Medium.

This works with elasticsearch.

To try it:

  1. Set your search backend to elasticsearch (under developer settings in the phabricator user settings interface)
  2. https://phabricator.wikimedia.org/search/query/S3G1tgC969rJ/#R

This should probably be merged to T153603 which has more information and debugging.
