Setting High priority because it is not the first time I am encountering this either myself or reported and it is very annoying.
I guess some search index rebuild might work, not sure if Phab admins or SRE can/should do that. At least tagging it for now so they are poked... They can reject it if not relevant to them...

Since it's about Phabricator search i replaced Operations with Release Engineering. Tell me if that's wrong and you need Operations to run something.
