I think we should proceed this way. In order to keep no study data within the UserZoom platform for more than 90 days:
- a week before the end of the quarter, schedule a data cleaning meeting with all UZ users
- for each study, download raw data in spreadsheet format
- delete useragent data from the downloaded spreadsheet file
- archive spreadsheet file in a central location (Google Drive folder or corporate fileserver)
- download all videos, image files etc and store them within that same directory
- delete all local copies of study data (example: on your own computer) within 90 days
