Not sure what things were in mind around the "improve" part of this, but let's start with "review/update" for now.

I did a big cleanup just now, but didn't touch any the "what dashboards to watch, logs to tail, etc" stuff.

Verify your ability to log in to external and internal services, including access to 2FA tools required to do so.

Do we have a list of what those are so people can verify?
