Because Phabricator has a very limited set of choices for status, have to get this from columns.
Would the list of values be consistent across teams, or would Phlogiston need arbitrary intermediate states?
How would we map this data from Phabricator? Either Phlogiston would need a different heuristic for each team, or all teams would have to be consistent.
