Description

Seen by @MeganHernandez_WMF. Here's a description of the bug, with screenshots.

"I filled out my info and I clicked the visa logo button but I was missing my state info so got an error. I filled in the state and clicked the visa button again but nothing happened (maybe I didn’t wait long enough), so I clicked the continue button and then got 2 credit card forms."

This looks like it might be a duplicate of T142059 which had a fix deployed late Wednesday the 17th. @MeganHernandez_WMF can you check whether or not this is still happening for you?
