There aren't any links in the sidebar or toolbar to create or view reviews when using the DeepSea skin. Sometimes the "Review" tab will pop up, but nothing in the sidebars or toolbars. I know that they've only been added to Refreshed but as @ashley mentioned before there are 30 people with DeepSea selected as their skin, so it might as well be done.
