I've made a wikitext editor.
Unfortunately when edits are completed the corresponding mobile content service endpoint remains cached. It's therefore very hard to give confidence that the edit worked. Is this a known problem?
At time of writing https://en.wikipedia.org/api/rest_v1/page/mobile-sections/User%3AJdlrobson is already showing a page 6 minutes old.

Yes. Sorry for that, we've had a very major change-prop update which created some significant backlog. It will get cleared out in a couple of hours.
