Identify themes from Q 4 TPG CSAT to inform open-ended questions in Q1 survey
Closed, ResolvedPublic

Description

Identify themes for open-ended questions.

See Q4 analysis doc:
"For Q1, let's not focus on the count of the number of times these "themes" came up. Let's do our due diligence and review previous CSATs to see if we've already asked questions on these areas. ...consider digging into other areas- tension between getting stuff done and health/culture, for example."

For Q1 CSAT, we are experimenting by eliminating Likert score questions and limiting scope to Net Promoter Score and up to 3 open-ended questions.

@ksmith and I are meeting this week to identify themes from which to draft open-ended questions.

@ksmith and I met today. We identified 3 themes and wrote rough questions for each.

Next Steps are to circulate the questions to TPG for feedback, any new proposed questions, and then to vet the questions with question writing experts on Design Research.:

We have the themes. Applying them to the next CSAT will be a different task.
