VisualEditor should probably be enabled in the list namespaces in Lithuanian and other Wikipedias

Description

The Lithuanian Wikipedia has a namespace for lists: "Sąrašas" (104).

VE doesn't seem to be enabled there, and it probably should be.

I haven't gone over all namespaces in all Wikipedias, but there are probably a few others whether this should be done.

The Spanish Wikipedia has had a Anexo namespace too since T11304.

Are they not tagged as content namespaces for a reason? If they were they'd get VE…

I concur with James here, such namespace should be added to wgContentNamespaces too.
