Customer: Reading designers and PMs

Issue: Would like to expand upon existing personas (work in progress) and use product-focused personas to complement the higher-level WMF personas for projects on reading team

Desired outcome: Personas for iOS, Android, potentially mobile web; cannot know outcome before the research is conducted so this is evolving
