When deleting an item or a property, if the talk page is not empty, the user doesn't get any warning about deleting the associated talk page.
Adding a warning or question "this item has an associated talk page, do you want to delete it as well?" could be useful to be sure that the user does exactly what he wants to do, or keep a talk page existing even if the item/property has been deleted.
This feature seems to be enabled on nl Wikipedia.
