Update I just tried to do the merge again and it worked ok but it would be good to keep an eye on this as @LeanneS has had some issues with manual merging also.

@DStrine we are still finding that some contacts are merging incorrectly. I've had a few in which either the wrong email address or mailing address gets merged.

@LeanneS per discussion yesterday - are you still hitting issues since that meeting. If so can you please send me the contact ids & detail of what happened?

@Eileenmcnaughton it has been happening today. I was just able to recreate with CID 1880803. The duplicate contact email address was the one that remained after merging despite not checking "overwrite." Let me know if you need any additional info.

@Eileenmcnaughton I did 3 merges and they appeared to work correctly for me.

@Eileenmcnaughton - one thing Leanne and I thought would be helpful to assist in manual merging especially when there are numerous email addresses would be to add in the Primary Location check box for email addresses like we have for Postal addresses.

Do I need to create a separate task for this request?
