Product management is currently scheduling a meeting to kickstart a review with me on their end.

I've sent an invitation for review to the Stewards' mailing list as well, since they are often - if not officially, in commentary - involved directly in WMF/community product discussions.

This review and re-drafting should be completed by the first half of this quarter (Q3FY16/17, so second week of February, or about five weeks from now), following discussions that are to be had at the 2017 MediaWiki Developer summit and any additional last minute feedback on the talk page.

Finished re-drafting as a whole. The document lives on a wiki, so it's living and can still be edited as needed.

Product management at the WMF still needs to give a sign-off, but that part is up to the department heads to get together and work it out.

While TCG is already out there,
we eventually went on on working on a different set of documents with Audiences which is in a sense its evolution,
the Wikimedia Product Guidance.
We're in the process of publishing it on mw.org.
