The message extdist-goto-extensions-page contains the following text: Return to the <b>$1</b> extension page. When viewing the download page, the text is output with the actual tags on the page as opposed to bolding the content. They're properly escaped so it's not a security issue, but we probably want to swap this out for wikitext or change the way the message is parsed.

Probably also affects extdist-goto-skins-page but I didn't verify.

Easy fix, but I'm not near my work laptop right now and I don't want to forget to deal with this later.
