The #section-h parser function will transclude all content between the header you specify and the next header of the same level. This includes the space that is automatically added between section headers. If a section in another article in ends with a section transclusion from the first header, it will transclude the space, and the automatically-generated space at the end of that section will thus produce unintended whitespace. This was dicussed on my user talk page.
