1. Edit a Board description several times
2. A user who watched the Flow board receives a notifications about multiple edits (it's not bundled)
3. The notification says that "The description of [Flow page title] was edited multiple times"

The badge counter, however, counts the actual number of edits that were made which may be misleading to a user.
