Description

On the Programs Dashboard, a campaign organizer can use the Create a Campaign modal to:

  • Add the title, home language, project for the campaign
  • Add an institution (optional)
  • Write a description (optional)
  • Set start and end dates/times

This information will populate the Campaign page.

@DannyH Going to do this one before T148803 (which is in the sprint) since I think it is higher priority, and ties into the code I'm working on now. Hope this is OK.
