wdqs-updater is failing since Sept 7 ~13:30 UTC. The error seems related to a com.bigdata.rdf.sail.sparql.ast.SyntaxTreeBuilder.generateParseException. I'm not sure of what is relevant in the fairly long stack traces seen in the logs, let me know if you need help extracting more info.
