Hi,

Can you please create a Phab project for this event?

Name: WMFr-Rencontres-2017
Description: The Rencontres Wikimédia are a recurring event. It is a several days conference about the links between a theme and the Wikimedia Movement. After a first edition centered towards GLAMs in 2010 and a second one about education, we aim to organise an edition in November 2017 about Open data.
