Please enable Extension:NewUserMessage on Gujarati Wikipedia (gu.wikipedia). The local declaration is click here. We need this extension to welcome new users from other wikis too.

BTW NUM should be already enabled at guwiki. Please config it by using https://www.mediawiki.org/wiki/Extension:NewUserMessage#In-wiki_configuration and then it should just work. If so, please close this task as invalid. If not so, please tell me what happens.

Because it is available in gu.wikipedia.org. By mistake this task opened. Sorry.

Declined state means that somewho said that this is impossible (e.g. request about installing unsecure extension). Invalid means the task is wrong from some reason and nobody can fulfil it. This is the second case, so reclosing.
